What started as a regular hotel collab turned unexpectedly personal
While staying here, I lost my purse with all my cash and documents — stressful is an understatement. But the hotel staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond: they helped me get to the police station, translated everything for me, and stayed by my side throughout.
